Traditional business cards are expensive to print, impossible to update, and end up in drawers. Business Card Service solves that by giving every team member a scannable, always up-to-date digital card hosted at a clean public URL — with a QR code that links straight to it.

It's built multi-tenant from day one, so a single installation can power multiple companies, each with their own branding, custom fields, social platforms, and record limits. Admins manage everything from a polished Filament panel; recipients just scan and save the contact.

Excel/CSV import with chunk reading (200 rows), validation against field definitions, failure tracking, and downloadable sample templates.

vCard Downloads

One-tap "Save Contact" button generates a vCard 3.0 file with name, title, organization, phone, email, address, and base64-encoded photo.

Role-Based Access

SuperAdmin manages everything; CompanyAdmin is scoped to one company. Inactive companies block panel access automatically.

Usage Dashboard

Per-company record limits with live usage percentage, color-coded progress bars, and "near limit" alerts on the SuperAdmin dashboard.

Indian Phone Validation

Specialized regex validation for Indian mobile numbers (10 digits starting with 6-9), applied automatically to phone fields.
